Call us
(650) 567-5385. A real person answers 24/7 and helps you decide how urgent the problem is.
Call rather than booking online when:
- the house has no heat on a cold night, or no cooling in a heat spell with infants or elderly people at home;
- water is leaking from an indoor unit or coming through a ceiling;
- a breaker trips again after one reset, or there is a burning or electrical smell;
- the system has stopped completely. See also emergency HVAC.
If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, do not use switches or the phone inside. Leave the house first, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
Book online
The Book online button at the top of every page opens our scheduling page, where you choose the service and request a time. Use the notes to describe the symptom and any error code, so the visit can start on the actual failure.

What happens next
- Describe the issue. The more detail you give, the better the technician can prepare.
- Pick a time. We find an appointment that works for you.
- Diagnosis and price. The technician arrives at the scheduled time, finds the cause and gives you an itemized price before any work begins. No hidden fees.
- Repair. Once you approve the work, we complete the repair and check that everything runs properly.
What to have ready
- The equipment: furnace, wall furnace, air conditioner, heat pump or mini-split.
- Brand and model if you can see the label: inside the furnace door, on the side of the outdoor unit, or under the front cover of a mini-split indoor unit. A photo of the whole label is ideal.
- The symptom and when it started: no heat, warm air from the vents, a new noise, ice on a copper line, water on the floor.
- Any error code on the thermostat or indoor unit, or the blink pattern of the light on the furnace control board.
- What you already checked: thermostat mode and batteries, the filter, the breakers.
- Access notes: a gate code, a steep path to the outdoor unit, condo or HOA rules, or where the crawlspace hatch is.
